About Cailee

Cailee Tallon Fiume is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and Reiki Master; additionally, she is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. She holds her LMSW in both Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey, and offers both in person and virtual sessions.

Cailee has a psychodynamic approach, focused on applying mind-body healing and trauma-informed care; Cailee primarily works with adults struggling with grief, anxiety, depression, OCD, and PTSD. She is practicing under the supervision of Michael Crouch, LCSW.

Cailee holds her Bachelors in Psychology from Fordham University and her Masters in Social Work from Sacred Heart University. Previously, she spent five years at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) working primarily as a Counterterrorism Analyst and providing individual and group therapy within the Employee Assistance Program as a collateral duty.

Cailee is the Secretary for the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) Northeast Chapter and is a volunteer on the Fairfield County Trauma Response Team (FCTRT). She spends her free time with her husband and dog, as well as running and doing yoga.
